Problem with Netflix payment

Hi everyone,
so my automatic Netflix payment is on the 19th of every month. I didn't have any money on my account (card from which my payment goes) and naturally I added 10€ the same day. It was Sunday and I expected it to be payed the next day. Nothing happened on Monday and the finances were withdrawn from my card on Tuesday at 1AM. I can clearly see that my money went to PayPal, but it never reached Netflix. There is no notification here on PayPal, no payment, I can only see that my money went here through my banks app. My Netflix account is still on hold after 4 days. What should I do? Did anyone have a similar problem?
