Problem With Debit Card

Hi all- in my time on PayPal, I linked a debit card to my account and have been sending money through it. I set it up as my preferred payment, and PayPal has saved it within my account. Now, whenever I attempt to send money, my card does not show up, and when I enter my card info into “link another card”, it won’t allow me to. Because of this, I am unable to send money to people. Any solutions? Thanks

Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues making payments from this card. I would firstly check if there are any limitations or issues with the account. You should see any outstanding steps you may need to complete through the Resolution Center of your account. If there is nothing flagged and you are still having problems making a payment, you may need to reach out to your card issuer as it sounds like they are declining this payment.
