Hello, Please can I have some advise. I have received the following message from a PayPal service email address that says the following. ( I hve changed the sellers name to (seller). We are really sorry for the late response. We encountered a little problem while crediting your PayPal account, you have a pending payment of £300.00 GBP from seller but we have a problem crediting your PayPal account with that amount because the status of your PayPal account is not a business user which makes your account has limit but this amount seems to be above your limit, this will not make us credit your account until you expand your limit. You can take this few steps to expand your limit. Contact the last payer of your account seller to send in an additional payment of £300.00 GBP so that your account limit can be expanded, as soon as this is done, we will credit fully into your PayPal account with compensation fee from PayPal £50.00 GBP included, so the total sum of £600.00 GBP will be credited into your account immediately.. Does this seem legit?
