item brought on guest checkout

i brought a item online and used the guest checkout where you enter your bank details anyways payment went through successful after 3 days of paying i ask the seller questions about shipping as no shipping number was given,i check his profile on the website to find that it has been removed and i can no longer contact him i can not open a dispute claim as i paid on the guest checkout
i have tried to contact paypal via phone but no agents are available and via the web chat there is no reply back #
what shall i do

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (not an option at the moment due to covid).
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
