i brought a item online and used the guest checkout where you enter your bank details anyways payment went through successful after 3 days of paying i ask the seller questions about shipping as no shipping number was given,i check his profile on the website to find that it has been removed and i can no longer contact him i can not open a dispute claim as i paid on the guest checkout i have tried to contact paypal via phone but no agents are available and via the web chat there is no reply back # what shall i do
