Pending Transaction

Hi, So I sold an item and my customer paid through paypal goods a services so the payment is not supposed to be received by myself till the item has been delivered but I have noticed that the payment hasn't showed up on my activity section as pending nut however have received an email detailing the payment through goods and services. 

How do I resolve this?

Hi @toaderiye1,

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing the payment in your activity. If there is no payment showing in your activity, then you likely have received a fake email, and no actual payment has been sent to you. It's important that you don't send an item until you see the record of the transaction in your PayPal account. Even if a payment is held, there will be a transaction line in your activity.
