Pending Payment - PayPal Credit

Hello CC members, 

 

I was hoping if I could get some advice on pending payments.

 

I made a purchase, however, it was declined by the merchant. The merchant did refund me which I can see on my PayPal credit account, however, although the amount was refunded, it is not reflecting on my available credit. I then saw another deal at a different merchant and tried to make the purchase just for it to be declined once again, but is now showing as pending on my PP credit account although the merchant says it was declined... 

 

Should I take any action?

Contact customer service for assistance to see if they can do something to manually clear out these declined orders off the credit limit:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
