Payments to from bank account

I have set up PayPal to pay for subscriptions etc from my bank account. If I receive payments they too are set to be put into my bank account. Now it has decided to keep payments in my PayPal account. How can I change this.

Receiving payments is another matter. It always goes into PayPal balance and then you have to make a manual transfer to your bank account. To have auto sweep, you'd have to have a business PayPal account, I believe. And even then you'd have to call customer service to enable it, they'll flip a switch on their end and you'd get the auto sweep setting in your account.
