I am trying to purchase something on ebay for £200+ using the money on my PayPal balance, no matter what i do i keep getting the message "Your payment didn't go through. Please check your payment details or select a different payment option." Does anyone have any idea how i can get past this? i've never had this issue before...
The reason i am paying through my paypal balance rather than a bank account is because the other methods are not working too and give the same or similar messages.
I've also tried signing out on all devices, clearing cookies, cache and other such things, restarting my computer but nothing has worked
