Payment says received - not in balance

I have received multiple payments this evening through selling things from depop. Some have gone on to be ‘on hold and pending’ but 3 payments have come through saying received and completed but are not showing in balance. Balance was not in negative before hand.

Do you see the transaction as 'Completed' on your PayPal account? Also, have you checked your Resolution Centre to see if any of the payments have been disputed? If you are still unable to locate the amount, please reach out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
