Payment made but seller did not receive

Hello all.

Last week I made a payment to Zoom Video Communications using my Paypal Account, correctly citing the invoice details, and I was given the payment confirmation details at the end of the transaction. However, Zoom Video Communications are maintaining they never received the payment, and my invoice is pending. If the payment was not successful, my balance at Paypal should show that.

I have a similar situation but my Pay Pal says payment completed but Seller claims he never received. Have you been able to resolve your issue? And if so, how? Thanks!
