Hey everyone, So I tried placing an order for an item on eBay recently. It was an "Or Best Offer" listing so the seller and I agreed on $110 plus shipping. Multiple attempts to place the order were all met with an error message asking to choose a different payment option (because of the OBO listing format it appears I am forced to follow through with the payment). However, the original price of the item (Roughly $126USD) was subtracted from my bank account; the item still appears as unpaid in the app and the payment is nowhere to be found on my PayPal account. What can I do??
