Paying for transportation before I get Payed

Hello dear PayPal users, I have 1 question: One person tries to buy shoes from me online. He said, he would pay me via Paypal. Now I get email that he released payment to me, which includes value of shoes and transportation fee, but before I get them, I need to pay for transportation from my bank card (200€). After that total money will be transferred to my account of Paypal. He wants me to transfer money via transferwise.com He is from Nigeria Email comes from not paypal. Your answer will be very useful.

Its a scam. This is not how PayPal works. PayPal does not ask you to pay for "transportation" with your bank card in an email and then you see your money, nor the buyer can ask you to do something in order to see or show your payment in PayPal.

If payment is REALLY sent, you should see a record of payment in your account fairly instantly. Even if PayPal put a hold on your payment. If you do not see any money from this sale in your PayPal account right now, you HAVE NOT been paid so do not ship.
