PayPal won’t let me send money

It says “transaction could not be completed at this time try again later” it’s been a few days and still nothing can somebody help pleaseb

Are you new to paypal?

Have you sent money before?

Is your account limited?

Is the receivers account limited?

Is it a private sale?

Is it a sale from a website or company?

What funding source are you using?

What other funding sources do you have linked?

Is it an international transaction?

What currencies are involved?

Yes I’m new to PayPal, yes I have sent money before and never had problem before. I do not know if my account is limited but I doubt it because I have no received a notification about it. The sale was private and his account was not limited and it didn’t have issues I asked him. It’s a transaction within the USA near where I live. The only currencies involved are the USA Dollars

don't know enough of your situation,but does not hurt trying.

See,if something goes wrong with your transfer using bank fund or paypal fund,Paypal can always charge your credit card.

This is exactly what’s happening to me. I even tried to send money on a different account. I do not own a credit card.
