I top up my PayPal account using Mpesa and would like to know whether I need to also link a credit card. I tried to make a payment while purchasing goods from an online store and PayPal would not let me pay using my PayPal balance and instead needed me to link a credit card. I have set my preferred payment option as my PayPal balance. So do I still need to link a credit card to make a payment?
