PayPal send only account: Receiving a refund

Hello, I sent a payment to a seller using "Friends and family" and I didn't receive what I expected, So If the seller agrees to a refund, Is it possible for me to receive it as the account is a send-only account (Region: Sri Lanka)?

If the seller refunds you and uses the refund option then yes you can receive refunds, it will automatically go back to the card used to fund the purchase to the seller.

However be careful you risk your account being limited for using friends/family to purchase goods/services and it negates your buyer protection.
