PayPal refund completed but not showing in PayPal Balance or Bank Account. Transactions page blank

I received a refund from an eBay seller which was to clear on 14th January to my Paypal.

I had another email from Paypal saying the money had been refunded to my paypal balance and it was all complete on 15th January.

I paid using my Lloyds debit card.  Do I still need to wait for it to show up in my bank account?

My paypal transactions history is totally empty even though Ive ordered things on ebay before but Ive always used my debit card.

My PayPal transactions page is blank.

-I've checked with my bank and no refund has been made

Yes, you may have to wait for the refund credit. Once the refund is completed, it can take a few more days for the credit to appear in the bank or card using which the payment was initially funded.
