Last Wednesday I sent a money request to a friend to pay for something via Goods and Services. Wednesday evening my friend said she paid through my money request. She said she paid with her bank, and that her bank recorded the transaction amount, but I did not see the amount show up in my PayPal account. I have been receiving money from other PayPal transfers since then successfully with no issue.
This is from a good friend who I know would not lie about sending me money without actually doing so.
This is 9/18 "sent money from bank", and now it is 9/24, still have not seen this amount show up in my PayPal account..I know bank transfers take only 3-5 business days but it is almost now past this amount. This money request shows up in my transaction summary as "Request Sent".
She also sent another small payment 9/20 and that also does not show up in my PayPal. My account is verified.
Does anyone know what may be the cause of this? Or could lead me to some phone number to contact Customer Service for this issue?
