Pay after 14 days

I activated pay after 14 days,, but it's not working, when i try to buy something and my balance not enough it's told me o change my payment method!!!?? Should after 14 days work for something like that or have another way to work!?! Thanks

If it’s available, you’ll see the Pay After Delivery (or after 14 days) option on the Review Your Information page during checkout. If it is not available to you since activation, you'll need to make some successfully completed transactions (no disputes or insufficient funds if paying by bank account) with a linked payment method so the checkout system can have some transaction history to go on when deciding to offer the option to you or not on future purchases.
