I sent money to the incorrect email. I couldn’t cancel it. Pay pal says they can’t refund the money. I emailed the person i paid and they won’t respond. I’m really upset. Has anybody had this issue? Any suggestions?
There's no refunds or purchase protection on friends and family payments. Your only option is to dispute it with your card or bank if that is how you paid. Note, even they may not be able to refund you since it is f&f payment.
