One of my friends is not able to transfer fund in my account. He is from USA and my account is from India. My account is associated with an Indian bank. Following error is received by him.: This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions. Please help me get rid of this issue, thanks in advance.

If the friend is trying to send you a personal payment, that may give out error message because PayPal India accounts cannot receive personal payments. They must send a goods and services payment.
