New Seller Buyers ask for refund on ebay!

Hello recently i started selling on ebay im a new seller but this time on buyer buys my product then instantly refund it!.I dont shiped out my product to him but the payment that he does dont show up to my paypal balance said the payment is pending and i have to response to 3 Questions.What can i do?im down to refund the buyer but from the money that he gave to me not from my balance and lost money from nothing!.Thanks i want help Please make a response to my post that would be very grateful!

If buyer is asking for a refund on eBay, please ask the community there what steps you have to take because eBay has their own procedures.

If a PayPal dispute is filed, issue a refund from within the dispute, I believe that should use the funds that are on hold. That is the whole purpose for PayPal putting the money on hold in the first place.

If you decide to refund from your balance, be sure to issue the refund from within the original transaction. Then the temporarily unavailable funds will be released to you in 21 days by PayPal as per their funds availability procedure.
