With permission, is it possible to manually enter someone's credit card to pay an invoice that I have generated for them?

Not without getting Virtual Terminal service:
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/virtual-terminal
An alternative is to enable PayPal Account Optional and the customer can just pay your invoice without a PayPal account.
Cannot enter someone else's card info that don't belong to you from your IP location and under your PayPal account because Name and billing addresses have to be verified and match on card and PayPal account and you don't want to add someone else's card to your PayPal account as that is not allowed.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
