hi there hope this ok to ask,, i sent buyer £5 back  , the £5 was taken from my balance but it says Names_Pending , does this mean he hasent received it or dosent want it ??? can i get it back ????? its been like this since May . any help please ?                     thank you Paul

I'm sorry to hear that your payment is pending. If the payment shows unclaimed, you may be able to cancel it. However, if the payment is pending due to a payment review, I recommend checking your email for any updates. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
