Loose money

I tried to place an order. When I went to pay with PayPal send me that the transaction cannot be made. And i received this message “your recent payment was declined because you reached your initial PayPal sending limit of 2.500,00 EUR. This is the maximum amount of money you can send or use for purchases before you need to verify your account.“ but the order money disappeared from my account bank without complete the order 😡 where is my money?

Anytime you make an order online, PayPal creates a temporary authorization which is an agreement to pay merchant and the funds are held until the merchant claims the money. If the merchant does not claim the money because payment or order failed to complete for whatever reason, the temporary authorization remains until it expires and drops off from your account activity entirely with funds released in longer than 30 days or no sooner than 3 or so days. Look in your bank activity, the transaction will say it is pending.
