Issues with receiving money from family

Sorry for the bother but I am having a issue, my family sent me some money but I have nothing on my PayPal account about it. When I first create the account I put the wrong email address. I have now changed it but now what will happen with the money they sent me is there anything I can do to receive our decline it?

Ask family what email address did they send it to. And make sure that email address is registered to your PayPal account and confirmed. 

 

If the problem persists, contact customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US, EMAIL US or online chat during business hours.
