Issue when trying to checkout with paypal at vans onlineshop

As the title say when i try to check ut with my paypal account in the vans online shop i get this message

BILLING AND SHIPPING TO 'BILLING PHONE' IS NOT SUPPORTED. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PAYPAL INFORMATION OR CHOOSE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD.

it still charged my account for it too, and when i retried it would charge again
