Is it possible to cancel an echeck

Sent an echeck a couple hours ago but meant for it to be instant transfer. Anyway for either me or the seller to cancel it so I can then do instant transfer?

The seller should be able to cancel by clicking Cancel Payment in the transaction details:

Note that the funds will still transfer out and clear your bank before it gets redirected back to your bank account after the seller cancels the payment.
