Hello, I am having a problem where i have funds in my account but when i want to buy something with it, it asks for a credit card, which i don't have. Also, earlier i could just buy without it asking for a credit card. Why is it asking for it now?
Some one-time purchases require a credit card as back up or needs a credit card to set up a streamlined checkout experience for the customer. Maybe wait a day or two and then try the purchase again.
