I gave Microsoft a 1 out of 5 star feedback thinking it was their fault my payment didn't go through. I just made a purchase straight from my card so it is proven it is not my card. What is causing paypal to not send my card to microsoft?
Something reset my card and it wasn't set as preferred payment method anymore.
