Hello, I recently made an order to gamestop.com for Black Friday, and I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and cancelled the order, assuming I'd instantly get my money back, I paid using my Paypal Balance, well no it wasn't that simple, it's been over 8 hours and I still have yet to receive any kind of refund to my account, Gamestop's website says that the order is cancelled and I won't be charged at all, Paypal says that It's still pending, despite being a cancelled order, Everytime I go to message paypal, I get a bot telling me that I need to contact gamestop, problem is, Gamestop's customer service has yet to get back to me, and I can't call them via phone as it's a holiday by their standards, I basically just need a way to get my money back, so I can hopefully get the right order, before they run out of stock for the item, because I'm sure you all know how crazy Black Friday sales are.
