How does a vendor create an invoice that I can pay using my work credit card?

She doesn't know how to do this and the invoice she has sent only gives me the option of logging into my personal account or creating a new account - which I can't do with a corporate credit card.  What does the vendor need to do to change the invoice so I can pay it just by using my credit card?

If the vendor has a business PayPal account, they have to go to My Selling Tools in their profile settings and click “update” link for “Website payment preferences” and enable “PayPal account optional” setting.
