I have a few great Help Center articles for refunds. Suppose you're trying to process a refund for someone else. In that case, I recommend referring to: How do I issue a full or partial refund? If you're waiting on a refund someone has already sent you, the timeframe can depend on how you paid. You can learn more here: Where is my refund? Lastly, if you haven't received a refund but there was a problem with a transaction, you'll want to visit: How do I open a dispute with a seller?
