We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method how can I fixed this issue

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear about your recent payment attempt. There may be a few different reasons on why the payment didn't go through, however I'd start here: Why was my payment declined?
