Hello guys, My name is Robin, I hope you are all safe. It's my prayers and wishes that we all see each other after this storm has passed away. Okay, I have a problem with some amount of money that I had declined from my account and have not yet reflected back to my Mpesa phone number. I had sent some money from my Mpesa phone number to my PayPal account but I accidentally clicked the "Decline" button instead of accepting button.

I sent but accidentally clicked the "Decline" button because I was a bit sleepy. My worry is here, since the time I accidentally clicked the "Decline" button, the money has not yet gone back to my Mpesa phone number. I can neither see money in my Mpesa Phone number nor my PayPal Account.

We appreciate you letting us know what happened. M-Pesa? So that means you're overseas, thanks for using PayPal. I just need to clarify because you said you " I had sent some money.." but afterwards you said you accidentally declined it instead of accept? Are you receiving money or sending money? You might try to see your transaction history log of your PayPal account and see if the transaction will show up.
