That is true, most couriers all over the world is experiencing delays due to the current Pandemic situation they also have limited manpower. We are all praying it will be over soon. What you can do is contact FedEx directly and continue monitor the item using your tracking number. I highly suggest that on your next transaction, wait for the Buyer to submit a payment 1st so atleast while waiting for the delivery you know that you will surely get paid. Their payment will be on hold normally for 21 days giving Courier ample time to deliver the item. Just make sure that once you see their payment, process the delivery and upload the tracking number online through PayPal and the funds will be automatically released for you 24hrs upon item delivery.
