Missing payment

I have tried to send my boyfriend money to his PayPal it’s come out of my account but isn’t showing in my activity or his paypal

Kindly make sure if the email address you entered for the recipient is correct. Every payment transactions will trigger an email notification from PayPal either via your message center or your personal email if successfully done. It will show as completed. So kindly check on this also. Due to the current Pandemic that happened our Customer Service team handling phone calls are limited. I suggest you log in to our website www.paypal.com to be always updated when we will be in full operation. If the issue is with the recipient, you can ask him to do the same as I have instructed you.
