Ok guys paypal authourised a 699 euro payment to google from a very nice italian man for a google pixel phone....250 came out of my paypal account the rest came out of my bank...phoned both parties and paypal refunded the money....however. When ive tried to withdraw the money it will only allow the bit that was in paypal and the rest that was in the bank is there on my balance but im unable to withdraw How can i get round this Regards
The portion that came from your bank account will automatically be transferred back to your bank account. That is why you can only withdraw the PayPal balance portion. Refunded bank payments gets refunded by making a pitstop in your balance and then automatically transferred. It used to just end up in your PayPal balance but that policy has changed. Keep your eye out for the refund at your bank account.
