GCash Mastercard Transaction payment through Paypal failed but deducted money on my gcash account

Hi I paid someone using paypal that was connected to my gcash mastercard. The transaction failed but I received a text from gcash saying that it was successful. Under paypal activity there is no history of transaction and no email received. Need help how to resolve this

Check the mastercard account, it should be a pending hold on funds. The pending hold will be released in a week, up to 30 days. Beyond 30 days contact your card issuer to void the hold.
