Hello. I opened a dispute today as the items I received were not as described. The seller has sent me a partial refund via a normal goods transaction as fees have been deducted so the seller could claim this back from me. Will I get a full refund through The dispute I have opened with PayPal? Thanks

Escalate to a claim but paypal may tell you to return the item first before you get a refund so make sure you have activated the below link.
