Sometime last year around Aug or Oct I put an item on Ebay for around $300 for free shipping within CAD /US. The buyer had acknowledge that the price will be higher since I have calculated a shipping cost to send to SouthAmerica. Then the buyer had answered and said they sent the payment to my account yet I have not received any payment from PayPal or even Ebay. Ebay has not notified me of a payment made nor did PayPal, so how can I have been paid by this buyer? I search my paypal account for any payment since I was told they made a payment a month or so went by without any payment to my paypal account for this amount. The buyer insisted they made a payment yet I have already spoken to Ebay that this case he's filing is nonsense and has no proof of even being finalized as I did not send a tracking nor did I even send the item. I have taken the item off ebay since I was never paid by the buyer and that I wouldn't have a tracking number, of course, I never sent it. So what is happening here I'm now being billed by Ebay for the amount of $400 for something I have never sold nor received money for what is going on I don't own anyone money? Paypal to this day still has no record of me being paid by this customer. Also the customer has indicated that they have someone else in NewYork to pay for the item, how can that be?
