When I receive a payment request from a friend it appears on my account as "pending" along with other transactions that have been deducted from my account before I have even done anything to approve or decline it. So is that correct that PayPal automatically deducts the amount requested before it's either approved or declined? Also, if I decline a request (still friends and family, not a business transaction) is the person who sent it notified that it was specifically declined? Thanks!!
