Error message paying PayPal.me payment

Trying to send the money but it says This recipient only accepts PayPal through their website... The person I’m trying to send to doesn’t have a website so how do I get past it or is it a cause for concern on my part or the recipients part? Any input is helpful as I’m not tech savvy.
