I have made a store inactive for payment so I am not getting stuff from them every month. I would like to start again! How do I move a store from inactive to active so I can receive my monthly subscription? Thanks a bunch

Hi @Manda6,
Thank you for your post! I'm sorry that there's any confusion regarding inactive subscriptions. It is not possible to reactivate an inactive billing agreement. If you would like to resume service from the merchant, you would have to initiate a new billing agreement on the merchant's website.
