If we don't have a PayPal link on our website, how does the customer access our PP account to submit payment? Does the customer go into their PP account and enter our business name? Or our account email address? This has been a continuing confusion with our customers. Thanks for any clarification. Some of the FAQs aren't detailed enough to help us understand. Thx

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

All they need to do is to log in to their own PayPal account. Go to send and request option, choose Send, let then use your email associated on your PayPal account and then send the payment using the option Goods and Services.

Or; you can create and send an invoice directly to them, here’s how.

To create an invoice:
  1. Go to the invoice tool on your PayPal account.
  2. Customize your invoice and either click Sendto send it right away or Save as draft.
