Cebu Pacific Refund!

I Have a cancelled flight with cebu pacific due to covid 19 pandemic. I opted for full refund. I paid the said ticket through my card linked to my paypal. I contacted cebu pacific and they told me that the refund was processed on March 20,2020. Its been 4 months already and i still dont have the refund on my credit card. I tried to file a dispute but paypal denied it because it was booked more than 6 months ago. Paypal support system is as **bleep** as cebu pacific. i cannot email them, their support is just autobot.. Anybody can help me?

same here too. Can't file a dispute anymore. Guess we need to accept the fact that we cannot get the refund that we all expected.
