Refund not reflected but merchant says it was already transmitted

I was expecting a refund from Cebu Pacific. They told me that it was already transmitted to Paypal last August 2020. but upon checking of my Activities in my Paypal account, there were no refund reflected. Can anybody here help me regarding this?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
