Hi @Shonda63,

Thank you for your post! Canceling an order through PayPal is not possible from the buyer's side once the order has been made. If the merchant is willing to cancel the order on their end and refund the payment, they can do so. Any requests for cancellation should be made directly to the merchant or seller.

It is pretty hard to cancel the order from the seller when you have no information who the heck the seller is.  They were quick to take my money thou  I ordered these sandals on 3-17-20 and on the recipt all I got was  reference # and Invoice #  No seller name  So how am I suppose to cancel the order when I do not know who it is.  If I ever get this straigented  out I will never use paypal again as it is very hard to find things.  Please let mw know what I should do.  The amount is $34.93 and I either want my money back or the sandals.  Please advise.  sorry for the misspelled words
