In July I purchased an item from a seller in California (I live in Canada). He made an error on the cost of shipping so I agreed to pay an extra $36 so he wouldn't be caught short. He sent me a link & I submitted the amount through Paypal. He never cashed in the money & the transaction was cancelled. I emailed him & never received a reply. What can I do next to make sure this seller gets the amount due? Thanks
