Does anyone know how to speak to a real customer service person in Paypal Organisation to resolve payment situation? I am a victim of phishing email that looks exactly like a genuine Paypal email and in the process lost $640. Email to Resolution group has not yet solved the problem.
If you haven't yet done so, the first thing you'll want to do is update your PayPal password and security questions.
